The Management of CML L&W strongly believes and supports the culture of continuous product improvement. CML L&W’s quality policy is “To manufacture products meeting all customers’ requirements”. With this quality policy in practice, we are confident that we are able to meet most of our customers’ quality and scheduled requirement. At the management level, a quality review is conducted quarterly to discuss and suggest on newer and better methods of improving quality standards. Every suggestion that is raised is discussed. If approved, the new process will be implemented throughout the company. At the manufacturing level, head of departments are all trained on quality procedures and requirements. They continually monitor their respective department to ensure compliance to the requirements requested by customers.
